International travellers to show negative COVID test result to enter Canada

[:en]According to the latest updates from the Canadian government, international students coming to Canada by plane will now have to show a negative Covid-19 test before boarding their flights. This rule was brought into effect on January 7th, 2021 to ensure the health and safety of all Canadians.

This test should be taken within 72 hours before the departure to Canada.
People with the negative test result will have to remain quarantined for 14 days.
Any travellers who violate these rules enforced by the government will either have to pay $750,000 in fines or could even face up to six months in prison.
